Ok, I think I have the connection to who came to the US- Thomas Henry Cakebread born in Shoreditch, London died in Brooklyn NY 1883, his father is Samual Charles Cakebread his spouse is Ann Gover.
Thomas has son Frederick and William George and Amy Cakebread, mother is Mary Montgomery is Irish- dies in 1911 in Manhattan NY
So it look like I was able to go back as far as Nov. 8th 1800 Middlesex England to Samual Charles Cakebread. Looks
Like he lived to 76. Not bad for 1800’s!"
